    Custom Dimensions and Machining

    Magnesium alloy tubes can be produced according to the required outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness and length. Cutting, drilling, milling and CNC machining can also be provided for custom components.

    Q: Do you supply seamless or welded magnesium tubes?
    A: We only supply high-strength seamless extruded magnesium tubes to ensure consistent structural density and pressure resistance.
    Q: What is the minimum wall thickness you can manufacture?
    A: Depending on the outer diameter, our precision extrusion lines can produce wall thicknesses as thin as 1.0mm.
    Q: Can these extruded magnesium tubes be bent easily?
    A: Magnesium has limited cold ductility. Tubing must be heated properly to specific structural temperatures before bending to prevent cracking.
    Q: Do your industrial magnesium tubes come with anti-corrosion oil?
    A: Yes, all tubing batches receive a light anti-rust oil coating and are vacuum-wrapped to block transit moisture completely.
